Beth's 4th Birthday Ballet Cake
For my daughter, she wanted a pink, ballet cake. That was it, that was the order, nothing more or less.
Red food coloring - check!
OK, so the Victoria sandwich is made, and pink duly added to the icing (I forgot to mention that this is a gluten free cake, as I can't have gluten!)
Well I'm not bad at cake creations, even if I do say so - but as for ballerinas... bit more difficult.
Anyway, I came up with the following, she loved it and that to me was priceless.
