MILK SOUP

I tried this soup it's really easy to make and most important I don't have to force my kids to have a bowl of soup, because for some reason they love this one, and no argument.

Here are list of items that I use.

4 cupful milk, 2 cupful water, 1 carrot, 1 egg, 1.5 cupful flour, 2 tsp Sugar, 1 tblsp butter, salt for taste.

Boil the shredded carrot in lightly salted water, add the milk, salt and boil again.
To the wheat flour add the egg and a little water
mix thoroughly until it is the thickness of cream and slowly pour into the soup, stirring rapidly.
Before the soup is done add Sugar and butter.

Milk soup for kids

Great recipe and I agree it's hard to find a kids recipe and a meal that they eat without any argument, but nothing is like home made soup and meal for kids nutrition. I'm sure visitors they will use your recipe and one more time thank you for your submission.
