Corn Pork Stew recipe

Corn pork stew is a food recipe from Chile, Localy known as
"Tomatican Con Pulpa De Cerdo"


Ingredients
-3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
-2 Pounds Pork - Cubed
-Salt And Pepper - To Taste
-2 Large Onion - Sliced
-3 Cloves Garlic - Chopped
-1 Teaspoon Cumin -2 Teaspoons Oregano
-3 Cans Tomatoes - Chopped
-1 Cup Corn
-1 Tablespoon Parsley - Chopped
-1/2 Bunch Cilantro - Chopped
-1 Medium Jalapeno - Chopped


Directions

-Saute pork in oil, for 10 minutes.
-Season with salt and pepper, add onions, saute 8 minutes, add garlic, cumin, oregano and tomatoes.
-simmer 45 minutes.
-Add corn, cilantro, parsley and jalapeno
-simmer 15 minutes and serve.
