Belarusian main dish recipes

Fish baked in sour cream.

Ingredients:
-1 lb. fish (with skin but without bones),
-1 tblsp flour,
-1 tblsp vegetable oil,
-1 onion,
-4 tblsps sour cream,
-salt

Directions:
-Cut the fish (with skin but without bones) into portion pieces,
-dust with salt, pepper, dredge in flour and brown.
-Cover the fish with sauteed onion, pour over with sour cream and bake in oven
(cooking time will vary depending on the size and type of fish).
