Belarusian dessert

Apple baked with honey

Ingredients:
-1 LB apples,
-4 tblsps honey,
-1/2 cup sugar

Directions:
-Wash the tart apples,
-cut out the cores and fill the hollows with sugar.
-Place the apples in a baking pan,
-pour in some water and put in the oven to bake.
-Before serving pour over with honey
