Angel Hair Pasta with Cilantro, Sun-Dried Tomatoes and Feta

Serving: 4
Ingredients:

8 oz "bella" sun-dried tomatoes in oil, coarsely chopped
2 tbl olive oil, from tomatoes
8 oz feta cheese, crumbled
1 bn fresh cilantro, coarsely chopped
4 oz angel hair pasta, cooked


Directions:

Combine first 3 ingredients and set aside.

Cook pasta according to directions and toss with the tomatoes, cilantro and feta cheese.

Serve warm or cold.
