Italian Cookies

You can not find easier and more delicious cookies than this Italian Cookies.
If you have some orange juice, vanilla, almond lets get to work.

Italian easy recipe for cookies

3x eggs
1/2 cup orange juice
1 cup sugar
1 cup oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 3/4 cups flour
2 tbsp baking powder
Optional: Chopped Almonds

Using large bowl, beat 3 eggs with orange
juice and sugar, add the oil and mix.
Now lets add the salt, flour and baking powder, mix again using a wooden spoon.
Time to add vanilla extract and if you like some chopped almonds.
Shape dough into two 12 inch "half moon" logs.
Place on a cookie sheet (ungreased) and bake (350 degrees F) until it is golden brown should take about 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and let it cool down.
Cut them into 1/2 inch thick and place it back in the oven at 450 degrees until both sides are golden brown.
