Greek Fudge dessert, Halva or Halwa

Have you had a vanilla halva or halwa? in most part of the world you can find the Greek fudge dessert also known as Halva, but with different taste and texture and shape.

2 cup brown sugar
2/3 cup milk
2/3 cup sesame Tahini
1 tsp vanilla

Using a pot and on nmedium heat cook the milk and sugar together in oven.
Don't let to to harden and to be soft enough.
Remove and let it cool down for 3-4 minutes and mix the vanilla and tahini.
Imideattly place it in a pan and beat it for few seconds.
